Tomoon Architects & Engineers, a Korean based firm, won the first prize in international Competition of designing a Government Building in Sejong City, Korea. The building has a sustainable theme that is Eco-friendly and is generous to nature, and saves energy by way of passive architectural shape. Moreover, the building facade expresses the smooth characteristic of Korean Line, while its pattern flow is more than simple formative design.
